The North Side

I made my first trip taking pictures to Salina Street. I bought some odd things in the second hand shops and struck up conversations with the shop owners. One is an artist. I didn't get his picture, but I plan on going back and asking if I can. There's a great Italian Pastry shop on that part of Salina that gives me an extra incentive to go back. If he turns me down for the picture, at least there will be the pastry. I took down a snapshot of the folks that were dressed for St. Patty's. I've promised them a real print of the picture, but they felt uncomfortable with it up on the web. Maybe another time. I'm going back on Tuesday, my next free day.
